Sevak Khachatryan to lead Victory bloc in Vagharshapat municipal elections

The head of the Etchmiadzin alliance, Sevak Khachatryan, has announced his plans to run in the upcoming Vagharshapat City Council elections scheduled for November 16.

In a message to the residents of Etchmiadzin on Wednesday, Khachatryan congratulated them on the 2710th anniversary of the city and officially announced his candidacy.

"Dear residents of Vagharshapat, congratulations to all of us on the 2710th anniversary of Echmiadzin. I would like to announce that I will be leading the Victory alliance in the municipal elections of the Vagharshapat enlarged community on November 16, 2025. The time for victories has come,” he said.
