The Corruption Prevention Commission (CPC) has announced that its member Lilit Aleksanyan submitted her resignation on Monday.
According to the CPC, in line with the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, Aleksanyan’s powers will be officially terminated following the acceptance of her resignation by the parliament speaker.
Appointed in November 2019, Aleksanyan played a significant role in the establishment of the Corruption Prevention Commission and the development of Armenia’s anti-corruption system over the past six years. She has decided to continue her professional career in another field.
