Former Yerevan mayoral spokesperson appointed adviser to minister

Hayk Kostanyan, a former spokesperson for the Yerevan mayor, has been appointed adviser to Armenia’s Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure David Khudatyan.

In a statement on Friday, Kostanyan said he will coordinate the government’s communication on subvention programs aimed at developing local infrastructure, road construction and social projects, as well as presenting their outcomes.
