Catholicos Karekin II marks 26th anniversary of enthronement

His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, marked the 26th anniversary of his ordination and enthronement on Tuesday.

The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin extended congratulations to the church leader in a message, wishing him robust health, longevity and spiritual strength “to guide the Armenian people’s vessel safely through turbulent times.”

The statement also prayed for God’s blessings upon Karekin II’s leadership and for the protection of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
