Armenian church leader off to India

Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II paid a patriarchal visit to India on Saturday. During his stay, he will meet with the trustees of the Holy Nazareth Church in Kolkata, as well as the administration and faculty of the Armenian College and Philanthropic Academy, to discuss matters related to the institution’s activities.

Karekin II is accompanied by Archbishop Haigazun Najarian of the Mother See, Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan, Primate of the Artsakh Diocese, and Rev. Fr. Grigor Minasyan, Commissioner of the Catholicos.
