A disciplinary committee of Armenia’s Interior Ministry has dismissed four police officers and reprimanded two others.
The committee, chaired by the ministry’s chief secretary, Ara Fidanyan, reviewed the findings of internal investigations into eight officers during a meeting on Monday.
After examining the evidence, the committee recommended applying the disciplinary measure of "dismissal from the police" for four officers. two other officers received a "strict reprimand”.
The proceedings regarding two additional officers have been postponed.
