'Stop the church terror in Armenia': Pashinyan faces protest in Berlin

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan faced a protest during his visit to Berlin on Tuesday.

Several members of the German Armenian community called for an end to the terror against the Armenian Apostolic Church and politically motivated arrests in Armenia.

They held posters featuring photos of detained Archbishops Bagrat Galstanyan and Mikayel Ajapahyan.

“Nikol the traitor!” the protesters shouted. “This is a shame. Stop political arrests in Armenia. Stop church repressions in Armenia. Stop the terror against the church.”
