One arrested in probe into Armenian soldier's death

Armenia’s Investigative Committee says one person has been arrested in connection with the death of a serviceman on 12 December.

In a statement on Monday, the agency said public criminal charges have been brought against the suspect, who is accused under Article 522.2 of the Criminal Code – causing a serviceman to committee suicide through negligence.

The suspect has been remanded in custody as the pre-trial investigation continues.
