Georgia’s current peace is the result of deliberate and steadfast government policy rather than coincidence, Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze stated during his speech at the Conference of Ambassadors on Monday.
“Our current peace is not a matter of chance, but the outcome of a carefully devised and steadfast policy,” the prime minister emphasized.
According to Kobakhidze, Georgia has faced serious external attempts to draw the country into another military conflict. However, he said that the government’s principled approach has played a decisive role in preventing escalation.
“Through our principled stance, we have been able to safeguard our national interests, preserve stability, and maintain peace within the country. I would emphasise that our current peace is not a coincidence, but the result of a well-considered and consistent policy,” Kobakhidze affirmed.
