Abbot Husik Smbatyan named inspector of key theological institutions

Abbot Housik Smbatyan has been appointed Inspector of the Gevorkian Theological Seminary, the Vazgenian Seminary of Sevan and the Clergy Training Programme, the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin reports.

The appointment was made by patriarchal decree of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, and takes effect from 23 January.
