Fog to persist in Yerevan

Foggy conditions are expected to continue across parts of Armenia, including Yerevan, the Ararat Valley, Shirak lowlands and the foothills of Aragatsotn and Kotayk Provinces, according to the national weather service.

On Monday and Tuesday, dense fog will reduce visibility in the area. Overnight into Tuesday morning, icy patches are forecast on highways.

In Yerevan, dry weather will prevail from 26-31 January, though fog is likely on 26-28 January. Winds will remain light, from the southwest at 2-5 m/s.

Temperatures in Lori, Tavush and Syunik are set to fall by 4-6C on Tuesday, before gradually rising again later in the week.
