Armenian prosecutors seek seizure of opposition MP's assets

The Armenian Prosecutor General's Office seeks to confiscate expensive property and other assets belonging to opposition MP Ishkhan Saghatelyan and his associates amid illicit enrichment accusations.

Prosecutors have asked the Anti-Corruption Court to allow the forfeiture of five real estate properties, five vehicles, stakes in three companies and cash holdings amounting to 264.5 million drams. An additional 2.9 million drams was flagged as unsubstantiated by legal income and is also subject to confiscation.
