Mezzo-soprano Nora Sourouzian to perform in Armenia for the first time

World-renowned mezzo-soprano Nora Sourouzian is set to make her debut performance in Armenia, bringing her celebrated artistry to Yerevan’s Komitas Museum-Institute.

The Canadian-Armenian singer, who has graced some of the world’s leading opera stages, will appear on 19 February in a chamber recital accompanied by pianist Katarine Hovsepyan.

The program will feature French art songs alongside treasured works by Komitas Vardapet.In addition to the concert, the museum will host a lecture titled “Komitas–France Connections”, delivered by Mariam Vardanyan.
