Roads closed amid snowfall in Armenia

Several roads in Armenia are closed or difficult to pass due to heavy snow on Saturday morning.

The Ttujur-Navur road is shut to all traffic, while the Vardenyats Pass, the Jermuk-Noravan stretch and the Dilijan bends are closed to trucks with trailers. The Spitak bends, along with the Jajur and Keti Passes, remain difficult for heavy vehicles to pass.

Snow is falling across multiple regions, including Ani, Artik, Aparan, Aragats, Spitak, Vanadzor, Abovyan, Hrazdan, Sevan, Gavar, Martuni, Chambarak, Dilijan, Ararat, Yeghegnadzor, Vayk and Sisian.
