Macron appears to 'like' Pashinyan's lapel pin depicting 'map of Armenia'

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is on a working visit to France, where he is participating in the Nuclear Energy Summit in Paris.

Pashinyan was welcomed by French President Emmanuel Macron and the two leaders took part in a joint photo opportunity held for participants of the summit.

Footage from the event shows Macron pointing to and appearing to comment on a lapel pin worn by Pashinyan that depicts the map of Armenia.

Notably, Pashinyan and members of the ruling Civil Contract party have been wearing the same pin during their domestic political campaign events.
