Armenia braces for new cyclone

A new cyclone moving in from the Mediterranean is expected to reach Armenia on Friday night, bringing widespread precipitation across much of the country, reports Gagik Surenyan, Deputy Director of the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center.

The cyclone is forecast to remain in place until 16 March, delivering rain and snow to most regions.
