A new Mediterranean cyclone is expected to make landfall in Armenia tonight, according to Gagik Surenyan, Deputy Director of the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center.
Surenyan earlier said that precipitation will resume across the country from 20 March. Rain is forecast in valleys and foothills, while mountainous areas are likely to see wet snow.
Temperatures are unlikely to change significantly in the coming days.
