Armenia has delivered humanitarian aid to Iran, consisting mainly of medicines, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said on Monday.
Mirzoyan told lawmakers during a parliamentary committee session that the assistance was provided without publicity. “It could not have been otherwise,” he said.
Opposition MP Kristine Vardanyan asked whether the government had announced the shipment. “We did not see the need to make a big show of it, but since the question has been raised, I can confirm it,” Mirzoyan replied.
