Minor earthquake hits Armenia

A magnitude 2.5 earthquake struck Armenia's Gegharkunik Province on Saturday.

The tremor occurred 15 kilometres south-east of the town of Martuni at a depth of 10 kilometers, the Interior Ministry reported.

Residents in the village of Madina felt the quake with an intensity of 2-3 on the MSK scale.
