Narek Karapetyan insists on new leadership in Armenia

Narek Karapetyan, a board member of the Strong Armenia party, has stressed the need for new leadership in the country.

At a community meeting in Gavar on Monday, Karapetyan called for a leader who is motivated solely by patriotism rather than financial interests. “Armenia needs a leader who has no financial needs, someone who works only out of love for the homeland,” he said.

Highlighting a leadership crisis in the country, Karapetyan called for unity and a departure from political divisions. “Our nation needs unity. We need a leader who belongs neither to the ‘old’ nor to the ‘new’ camps. Samvel Karapetyan is that leader,” he declared.
