Serzh Sargsyan: Capitulated leaders must resign

Former Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan stated that a country’s leader should resign in the event of capitulation, in a statement shared on his official Facebook page on Monday.

The post featured a photo bearing a quote attributed to Sargsyan, which read: “There is an unwritten rule in the world: a capitulated leader must resign.”
