Bus involved in multi-vehicle crash in Yerevan

A municipal bus was involved in a chain collision in central Yerevan on Thursday.

The accident occurred at around 11:40 a.m. on Tigran Mets Avenue, when a Higer bus collided with several cars, including Toyota, BMW and Ford vehicles, Shamshyan.com reported.

According to preliminary reports, no injuries were recorded. Patrol officers cordoned off the area and launched an investigation to establish the drivers’ identities.

The bus, registered to Yerevan Municipality, was operating on route 14 between Zeytun and Nerkin Charbakh.
