Kazakhstan extradites fraud suspect to Armenia

Kazakhstan has extradited a man wanted in Armenia on charges of large-scale fraud, officials confirmed.

The Prosecutor General’s Office of Kazakhstan approved a request from the Armenian authorities to hand over the suspect, identified as K.M., who is accused of embezzling 8.8 million drams.

According to the Armenian Prosecutor General’s Office, K.M. was transferred to Yerevan under the supervision of police officers from Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs.
