Three Armenian police officers required treatment after road accident

Three police officers required medical care following a road accident on the Kuchak-Aparan highway in Armenia on Saturday, the Health Ministry reported.

A total of 12 officers sought medical assistance after the crash, but only three needed treatment. They underwent examinations and received the necessary care.

“All of them have been discharged from the hospital after undergoing medical examinations and treatment. Their condition is stable with no serious complications recorded,” Health Ministry spokesperson Mariam Tsatryan told Panorama.am.

The accident occurred at around 7:50 a.m. local time on 11 April, when a police bus from Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's motorcade collided with a Nissan car. One person has been killed in the crash.

A criminal probe is underway.
