Armenia has hosted the first Eurasian Sports Cooperation Association forum, drawing leading figures from the international sporting world to Yerevan.
The event brought together presidents and vice-presidents of Olympic committees from across Europe and Asia, senior executives from major companies and celebrated athletes. Organisers hailed the gathering as a milestone for both sporting development and cross-border collaboration.
The forum underscored the unifying power of sport, highlighting opportunities for joint projects and partnerships.
Gagik Tsarukyan, Chairman of the Armenian National Olympic Committee, said the conference was both an honour and a sign of trust in Armenia’s role on the global stage.
“Hosting such a high-level event confirms that Armenia is seen as an active and reliable partner in international sport,” Tsarukyan noted in his closing remarks.
