Yerevan bus crash leaves one injured

A bus serving Yerevan’s route 28 collided with a parked Mazda late on Friday night, leaving one person injured.

The accident occurred at around 10:50 p.m. on Ashtarak Highway, when a Zhongtong bus registered to Yerevan City Hall struck the stationary vehicle. According to Shamshyan.com, the Mazda driver was taken to Armenia Medical Centre for treatment.

Investigators have launched a criminal case to establish the circumstances of the crash and confirm the identities of those involved.
