Country to Live party teams up with Strong Armenia bloc for parliamentary elections

Armenia’s Country to Live party has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Strong Armenia alliance to jointly contest the upcoming parliamentary elections, the party said on Tuesday.

Under the agreement, the sides will combine their political, organizational and human resources, develop a unified agenda and run together on the Strong Armenia alliance’s electoral list, with active participation from the Country to Live party's regional teams.

The parties said their cooperation is based on shared priorities, including safeguarding Armenia’s sovereignty and democratic system, securing the return of Armenian prisoners, recognizing the Armenian Apostolic Church’s role in national identity, and restoring public trust and national unity, including stronger engagement with the diaspora.

Country to Live said it would assume its share of responsibility in efforts to bring about change in the country.
