Armenian Foreign Ministry confirms visit of Azerbaijani deputy prime minister
The Armenian Foreign Ministry has confirmed that an Azerbaijani delegation, headed by Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev, has arrived in Yerevan. Its spokesperson Ani Badalyan told Panorama.am that further details will be provided in an official press release.
Earlier reports indicated that an Azerbaijani aircraft had landed at Zvartnots International Airport. Armenia’s Civil Aviation Committee confirmed the arrival of the official delegation, while Azerbaijani media outlets reported that the delegation, led by Mustafayev, had traveled to Armenia aboard the plane that landed in Yerevan.
Mustafayev also serves as the chair of the State Commission on Border Delimitation between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
