Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Noël Barrot in Paris on Tuesday, with both sides reaffirming their commitment to strengthening bilateral ties and expanding cooperation with the European Union.
The ministers welcomed the inauguration of Armenia’s new diplomatic mission premises in Paris, calling it a clear testament to the growing partnership between the two nations. They highlighted the significance of French President Emmanuel Macron’s upcoming visit to Yerevan as a milestone in advancing the Armenia–France strategic agenda.
Discussions also focused on forthcoming collaboration in key sectors, reinforcing democratic resilience and broadening Armenia–EU engagement. Mirzoyan and Barrot exchanged views on regional and international developments.
