Red Carpet scrubbed by hand ahead of EPC summit in Yerevan

Ahead of the European Political Community summit, just before the arrival of leaders from European states and institutions at the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex, workers were seen cleaning the red carpet on their knees, scrubbing it by hand.
