Eurovision 2026: First semi-final qualifiers revealed

The Eurovision Song Contest 2026 kicked off in Vienna on Tuesday night, as the first semi-final saw 15 countries compete for a place in this weekend’s Grand Final.

Ten acts successfully advanced to the final following the public vote. The countries progressing are Greece, Finland, Belgium, Sweden, Moldova, Israel, Serbia, Croatia, Lithuania and Poland.

Meanwhile, Montenegro, Portugal, Estonia, Georgia and San Marino failed to qualify for the final.

Armenia will compete in the second semi-final on 14 May, represented by Simon with the song Paloma Rumba.

The Grand Final of Eurovision 2026 is scheduled to take place in Vienna on 16 May.
