Arman Sahakyan, former head of Armenia’s State Property Management Department, has been remanded in custody for two months in connection with an ongoing criminal case into alleged vote-buying.
The Anti-Corruption Committee confirmed Sahakyan’s detention to 1lurer on Friday. It follows his earlier arrest as part of the investigation into instances of giving and receiving election bribes.
