Armenia reports nearly 2.49 million registered voters ahead of parliamentary elections

Armenia's voter registry includes 2,485,851 eligible voters ahead of the parliamentary elections scheduled for June 7, according to figures released by the Interior Ministry on Saturday.

The data were published in accordance with the Electoral Code, which requires authorities to disclose the total number of registered voters on the day preceding National Assembly elections.

The ministry said 22,734 voters are assigned to polling stations based on their current location or designated voting address. The registry also includes 492 voters without a registered address.

In addition, 5,239 police officers deployed to polling stations for election duties are eligible to vote, while 627 registered voters are undergoing treatment at medical facilities. Authorities also recorded eight voters with mobility impairments.
