Polls close in Armenia's parliamentary elections

Polls closed in Armenia’s parliamentary elections at 8 p.m. on Sunday.

According to the Central Electoral Commission, 2,485,851 voters were eligible to cast ballots at 2,005 polling stations across the country.

A total of 16 parties and two blocs were running in the elections:

• Against All Democratic Party
• Strong Armenia alliance
• Armenian Meritocratic Party
• New Force Reformist Party
• Wings of Unity party
• Prosperous Armenia Party
• National Democratic Pole
• Kochari National Revival and National Awakening Party
• Armenian National Congress
• Republic Party
• Christian Democratic Party
• Democratic Consolidation Party
• Democracy, Law and Order Party
• Civil Contract party
• Hayastan alliance
• Alliance for the Protection of Republican Democracy
• Bright Armenia Party
