Armenia's Sargis Sargissyan solely leads Spain tournament

From June 2 to 12, Spain is hosting the IPCA World Individual Standard Chess Championship 2026.

Armenia is represented by FM Sargis Sargissyan, who has scored 5.5 points out of 6 and is the sole leader of the tournament.

There are three rounds left until the end of the championship.

Round 7 will start on June 10 at 17:00 Armenian time.
