Elina Avanesyan wins ITF W100 tournament

Armenian tennis player Elina Avanesyan has won the ITF W100 tournament in Zagreb.

She claimed the championship on Sunday by defeating Sweden's Kajsa Rinaldo Persson in straight sets (6-1, 6-3) in the final.

Throughout her dominant run at the Croatian clay-court event, Avanesyan recorded several key victories, ultimately securing the title in just 1 hour and 7 minutes in the championship match.
