Armenian Interior Ministry reveals details of bus crash

A bus carrying schoolchildren on an excursion overturned on the Ashtarak-Sasunik road in Armenia’s Aragatsotn Province on Wednesday, injuring several passengers.

The Interior Ministry reported that the accident happened ar around 12:12 p.m. near the village of Sasunik. The bus, which was transporting children and adults, tipped over while traveling toward Ashtarak.

Officials said all passengers received medical care. Three children were transferred to Yerevan for further examination, while others were treated locally.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
