Dry weather expected in Yerevan over the weekend

Yerevan will see mostly dry conditions from 20-22 June, with no rainfall expected. Showers and thunderstorms may develop in parts of the city on the evening of 23 June and again overnight and into the evening of 24 June. Thunderstorms could bring brief heavy rain and gusty winds reaching 15-18 m/s.

Armenia’s regions will experience scattered showers and thunderstorms in the next few days, with hail possible in some areas. Strong winds of 17-20 m/s are likely during storms.

Temperatures are set to rise by 4-6C on Saturday, with a sharper increase of 6-7C in Lori, Tavush and Syunik Provinces. From 21-24 June, daytime temperatures are expected to gradually fall by 5-7C across the country.
