An ambulance carrying a patient to hospital collided with a Toyota in Yerevan on Friday morning, Shamshyan.com reported.
The accident occurred at around 08:20 a.m. on Davit Bek Street, near Domus Hypermarket. According to the outlet, the Toyota was driven by a 20-year-old resident of Aragatsotn Province, while the ambulance belonged to Yerevan’s 103 emergency service and was operated by a 41-year-old driver from Gegharkunik Province.
No injuries were reported in the crash. The patient was transferred to hospital in another vehicle, while the Toyota driver, who works as a driving instructor, was unharmed.
Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the incident.
