The Armenian government on Thursday approved 1.035 billion drams in co-financing for nine community development projects across eight provinces.
The allocations include 157.1 million drams for Ararat Province, 31.9 million for Armavir Province, 310.4 million for Gegharkunik Province, 66.7 million for two projects in Lori Province, 143.9 million for Syunik Province, and 323.8 million for three projects in Tavush Province, Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Armen Simonyan announced at a cabinet meeting.
Simonyan noted that in 2026 alone, the government has already provided 8.384 billion drams in co-financing for subvention programs. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was absent from the cabinet meeting where the funding was announced.
