The first trial hearing in the case against Armenian lawmaker Davit Ghazinyan got underway at the Anti-Corruption Court on Friday. The proceedings are open to the public.
Ghazinyan, who was elected to parliament on the Strong Armenia alliance ticket, was arrested on June 17 and charged with conspiracy to commit electoral bribery in connection with the June 7 parliamentary elections.
