7 QUAKES REGISTERED IN ARMENIA IN TWO DAYS

Another quake strike 13 km southwest from the town of Gavar at 8:12 with 2.8 magnitude and 4 points strength in the epicenter. Hrach Petrosyan, deputy head of seismic protection national service, told Panorama.am that this was the 7th earthquake since yesterday. Petrosyan said seismic protection employees are in the center of the quake to make tests. The hardest quake was 5-6 points.

Eight point four unit earthquake according to Richter was registered in Pacific Ocean. The disturbance may endanger Japan, Taiwan and Philippines. However, Petrosyan does not connect this incident with the quake in Armenia.
