“For the painting market to establish, the state should be established first,” Aram Isabekyan, rector of Art Academy, told reporters at Friday Club on February 17.

The rector believes that the Art Academy has all the facilities for positive changes. He referred to the modernized building and exchange of students with foreign institutions.
