UN REPRESENTATIVE MEETS OSKANYAN

Armenian foreign ministry press services report that Vardan Oskanyan, minister of foreign affairs, received Kori Udovicki, Deputy UN Secretary General.

The minister expressed gratitude for the support rendered by UN agencies to the Armenian government, particularly in poverty alleviation, anti-corruption, children and women rights issues.

Attaching high importance to cooperation with the Armenian authorities, Udovicki outlined the priorities of UNDP and other regional projects.
