BEST ACTORS RECEIVE ARTAVAZD AWARD

Annual awards “Artavazd” were handed to the actors of theater yesterday on the International Day of Theater. Lilit Arzumanyan, chair of award committee, said applications from the Armenian regions “were very weak” and did not comply competition requirements.

The committee decided to give “Artavazd” big award to Galia Novents. The performance “Take the arms!” (I zen) has been awarded the title of “Best Performance.” Satenik Hakhnazaryan and Armen Marutyan won the title of “Best Performance of a Man and a Woman.”

This is the 7th time “Artavazd” award competition is held.
