PSRC SETS DEADLINES TO ARMENTEL FOR DIGITALIZATION OF TELEPHONE LINES

In 15-days time, ArmenTel must submit a list of communities that must have digital phone lines to Public Services Regulatory Committee (PSRC), PSRC today’s decision says. According to the decision, ArmenTel must digitalize 810 communities by June 30, 2007. The company is obliged to make quarterly reports to PSRC. The committee says non-compliance with the deadlines may be considered as “rude violation of License 60.”
