ARMENIAN ART MONTH AT WB HEADQUARTERS

Month of Armenian Art dedicated to 16th anniversary of the Armenian independence has ceremonially opened at World Bank (WB) Headquarters in Washington D.C. recently. Armenian foreign ministry press services say the event has been organized by the Armenian embassy in US in line with WB Art Program.

Samples of the Armenian modern art will be exhibited in the hall of WB headquarters during the month, including more than 40 sculptures and paintings of 16 Armenian art creators. On the opening day, September 5, Armenian medieval music was also staged at WB concert hall.
