American and Armenian doctors offer free treatment

In the southern Armenian villages of Darbas, Shamb, and Tatev, from September 18-20, two American doctors and two Armenian military doctors will conduct eye and teeth examinations.

As informed by the news department of the American embassy in Armenia, the team of doctors will work in each village for one day. They will mostly treat children and the elderly. They will basically work with local health agencies, using the 60,000 dollars of medical equipment granted by the US government. It is foreseen that the doctors will treat over 200 individuals a day in each village.
