GUIDES FOR COMMON EXAMS TO BE READY IN NOVEMBER

This year exams in math, Armenian language and literature, foreign languages (English, German, French, Russian) will be conducted on a common system, Manuk Mkrtchyan, assessment and testing center acting director, told a meeting with reporters today. In his words, the draft guides for math, Armenian language and literature and foreign languages are ready already. The final version will be ready in early November that will be distributed in schools free of charge.

Manuk Mkrtchyan also said during the exams of the Armenian language and literature, the grade in literature will also be taken into account while entering higher educational establishments. In his words, a respective procedure for conducting the exams will be approved in December. “This year we will attach more attention to training of teachers at schools so that to have more coordination in organizational matters of conducting the exams,” he said.
