17 STUDENTS SENT ON TRIPS DURING THIS ACADEMIC YEAR

Some 17 students were sent to foreign countries within the framework of different programs of Yerevan State University (YSU). According to today’s data, 2-3 trips are also planned for the academic year 2008-2009. The number of students and the destination country is not known yet, Alexander Margarov, international cooperation department head of Yerevan State University, told Panorama.am.

In his words, YSU has 123 contracts with the higher educational establishments in different countries. Margarov said a trip for a student means participation in trainings, seminars, competition or study at some university.
